With a multidisciplinary background spanning science, engineering, and law, Hubie Xu brings a unique depth of perspective to real estate. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has years of experience in corrosion engineering and infrastructure inspection, which gives him a technical advantage when helping clients evaluate property conditions and investment potential.

Hubie is currently completing his Paralegal Certification at the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC), with focused coursework in real estate contracts, estate law, and title documentation. This legal insight enables him to better support clients throughout the entire transaction process—from buy-sell agreements to legal compliance and disclosure reviews.

He is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and is passionate about serving Pittsburgh’s multilingual communities, especially first-time buyers, international clients, and investors navigating complex real estate environments.

Hubie has held leadership positions in several professional associations, including serving as Past President of AMPP Pittsburgh Chapter and Past President of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology in PA (CAST-PA).
