My Real Estate Business Philosophy

• Home buyers can be found just about everywhere so you need to hire an agent who knows where to look. That's me! Whether it's through my sphere of influence, social media, networking events, open houses or social activities, I'm able to reach hundreds of people who might in the market for a new home.
• For me, the joy in this business is meeting new people and building new relationships. I'm here to provide solutions to my clients, not just sell them a house.
• A vital part of my background when it comes to real estate is the time I spent working as a carpenter, electrician, and plumber. That experience gives me a unique perspective when showing homes to my buyer clients and I use that knowledge to help them look beyond what they're seeing and envision what their dream home could be like.

• Born in Cheswick. Springdale resident for over 30 years.
• Very active in my local community and government because I believe it's important to give back to the community where you were raised and live.
• Treasurer of the Allegheny Valley H.O.P.E. Association offering help and support to people who struggle with depression, suicide and addiction.
• Passionate about my singing and songwriting. It not only serves as a creative outlet for me, but I treasure the fact that it brings joy to others.
