Real estate often starts with a wish, maybe even a need.  “I wish we had a bigger house.  We really need another bedroom.  I’d love a bigger kitchen.”  And then what started with a wish ends with a new home, but in between there’s a lot of work to be done.  That’s where I come in.

After 40 years as a full-time professional Realtor and member of Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Diamond Society, I’ve helped a lot of individuals and families fulfill their dreams simply by making sure their closing happens.  I keep the sale together, navigating and resolving obstacles that inevitably seem to come up – and also keep my customers informed at every turn.

For my sellers, success starts with marketing. It’s an overused phrase and too often it’s confused with “advertising,” but truly unparalleled and effective marketing includes strategic pricing, staging your home for a true “wow” factor, and, yes, targeted advertising aimed at prospective buyers.

With buyers, I cherish learning so much about them.  Ultimately, I want to help them find a home that meets their needs, interests and lifestyle.  I do that not only by understanding the buyers, but also understanding the market.  Being ready to pounce means knowing what’s available, whether I hear first about new listings from my office colleagues or when I’m constantly scanning the market to see what’s happening.
