Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I have a unique opportunity to share the area with my clients. As your real estate agent, whether you are from the area or not, I am fully capable of exploring neighborhoods, school districts, showing you where the libraries are, the parks, grocery stores, and the things outside the home that buyers want and need to have.

I started my career in real estate because I am passionate about the industry and helping individuals and families find the property they can truly see themselves in for years. The process of purchasing or selling a home can be complicated, stressful, and there is no shortage of contracts, paperwork, and other people to work with. I understand that the more I can tell you about the process, the easier it will be for you to make an informed decision and I am dedicated to spending the time so that you don't have to.

I have experience working with both home sellers and buyers. If you are selling your home, I will help you navigate the process of determining a listing price, staging the home, marketing your home, negotiating offers, and more. For home buyers, I can help you find a lender, point out certain parts of a home, write up an offer and counter-offers, negotiate a price, get a home inspection, and everything in between. I understand that to be successful, it takes a strong attention to detail, being open and honest, completely transparent, and having the utmost integrity throughout each part of the process.

Through my real estate investing and agent experience, I have learned that each person has wants and needs when it comes to finding a home. Part of what I love about this industry is being able to get to know each person, understanding their must-haves, wants, and definitely-nots, and finding that ideal home with the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the right number of square feet, a great yard, a master bathroom, or that special character in a home that you may be looking for.

Even though buying and selling a home can be overwhelming, part of my job is to make it enjoyable. I live in Pittsburgh, but I love being outdoors and talking about adventures and traveling. I travel whenever I can (my favorites are Belgium, and France), I go to the Indy 500 every year, I invented and brought to market the Tree Nanny (A Christmas tree watering system), and I have my drone licence (FAA 107 certification).
