Mark Serge

Hello, I am Mark Serge, and I look forward to working with you to fulfill your real estate needs.  I was born and raised in western Pennsylvania; after graduating from high school in Meadville I moved to the City of Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pittsburgh as an undergraduate and for law school.  After graduating from law school in 1991, I moved to Venango County and worked as a law clerk and assistant district attorney for a few years before moving back to the City of Pittsburgh in 1994 to work in a downtown law firm.   When I returned to Pittsburgh, I lived in various neighborhoods in and around the city until moving to the eastern suburbs where I bought my first home, settled down and got married and began to raise my family.  I subsequently sold that first home and purchased another home to accommodate my growing family.  
As a practicing attorney, my legal background is a strength and asset that will benefit our clients, whether buying or selling a home.  I have extensive experience in negotiation and understand the complexities of contracts and the legal process.  As an attorney, I understand the importance of focusing on details within the context of the bigger picture, and I will utilize this expertise on behalf of my clients in every transaction.  Buyers and sellers can feel assured that they have a knowledgeable advocate guiding them through the overall real estate process.
