I grew up in Pittsburgh and know this area well. I love to travel and know there is no place like my home town. I have been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels since 2005, helping in both the kitchen preparing meals and delivering meals to clients. Time spent working in sales has led me to understand how to help people find that special something. Volunteering has taught me how important every little thing can be.

In 2022, I closed 100% of my listings with a List-to-Sale price ratio of 102%.  This is higher than the  average agent ratio of 98% on the West Penn Multilist.  In 2023, the housing market struggled with the increasing interest rates.  I adapted accordingly and my business was minimally impacted.  This statistic translates to more money for my sellers per transaction.  My proven marketing strategies are tailored to each seller, house type and location.
