We were excited to start the home buying process, but we had no clue what we were doing and felt intimated by it all. She immediately made us feel more prepared when she sat down with us and walked through the process and what to expect in upfront costs which was extremely helpful. As we looked at houses trying to figure out what we liked and didn't, Rebecca was so patient. She has a great personality and no pressure style that makes her fun to work with. "We closed on our new home this past Wednesday!! We love it!! It'a perfect for us!! And Rebecca is the reason we won out over 8 other offers, and we will always be grateful to her for it! She has been absolutely AMAZING! I am impressed with her on sooo many levels and allow me to share that that is a difficult thing to do. I have extremely high expectations of anyone in customer service-as high as the expectations I set for myself because I know from my own personal service that the expectations can be met. But it takes enthusiasm, hard work, follow thru, and excellent communication. This combinations isn't easy to come by and Im usually disappointed.
