I am a proud native of this GREAT city of Pittsburgh, born and raised in the South Hills area. I moved to the northern Virginia/ Washington D.C. area for about 10 years most of which I worked as a Restaurant Manager. I moved back in 2001, of which I continued my Restaurant career.

I started my Restaurant career as a cook and moved up in the ranks to busier restaurants and eventually opening several new restaurants. I achieved this through hard work, integrity, respect and core values.
