Ryan Miller brings a unique blend of hands-on experience, creativity, and genuine passion to his real estate career. While newly licensed, Ryan’s foundation in the industry is already well established through his work in real estate investment and property rehabilitation.

As part of Urban Capital Group, Ryan played an active role in completing 23 successful property flips over the past two years. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the entire renovation process—from design concepts and project management to construction execution. His ability to see a property’s potential and understand the mechanics behind bringing that vision to life gives his clients a distinct advantage, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

A proud resident of Bellevue, Ryan has a strong connection to his community and a genuine passion for the surrounding neighborhoods. While he specializes in the greater Pittsburgh area, he is eager to assist clients wherever opportunities arise—serving areas within approximately an hour of the city.

Ryan enjoys working with a wide range of clients, with a particular enthusiasm for helping first-time homebuyers navigate one of life’s biggest milestones and supporting local investors in identifying and maximizing opportunities. Rather than limiting himself to a specific niche, he takes pride in his versatility and commitment to meeting each client’s unique needs.

Outside of real estate, Ryan is deeply involved in the local arts and music scene. He is a synthesizer player in the band Dream the Heavy and serves on the planning committee for the Bellevue Music Festival. He’s an avid concert-goer and self-proclaimed enthusiast of niche and creative subcultures. When he’s not working or making music, Ryan enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, and seeking out new adventures.
