Everybody’s different, right? There’s right brain vs. left brain. We have yoga enthusiasts, joggers, and people who love the outdoors. (That last one is me, if you’re curious.) There are at-home chefs and takeout specialists.
The same is true in real estate. There are first-time homebuyers and people moving for the first time. Some people need an at-home office and others want an at-home gym. Downtown hustle instead of country serenity.
As a licensed Realtor since 2006, I’ve worked with many different customers with many different needs and I think my success has largely been due to working at their pace with their preferences, not mine. I take time to understand my client’s needs and wishes instead of adopting a “one-size-fits-all” approach. I won’t put a home on the market until the seller feels it’s ready, nor will I rush a buyer into seeing something that is probably not for them.
The majority of my business would not be from repeat and referral customers if I didn’t serve them well the first time, and that’s my promise to you. I’ll make sure I listen to you, understand what you want and then recommend a plan of action that is tailored to your needs and the market. In the end, I’ll advise you based on my current knowledge – that’s my expertise, after all – and then we’ll make decisions together.

I grew up in Central Pennsylvania graduated from Bucknell University, lived everywhere from Washington, DC, to Minnesota, to State College PA, and, for the last 30 years, in Edgewood and Western PA. So, my years of real estate experience are coupled with years of life experience, which I’ll tap into throughout our journey together.
I still bike, swim, kayak and hike. I still enjoy camping trips and traveling with my wife, Ann. And, I still enjoy what I do in real estate. It’s rewarding when that first-time buyer realizes they’re a homeowner or when a seller who absolutely needed to get a deal done can go to their closing with confidence.
