Personal Background

I have earned my Graduate of Realtors Institute Designation (GRI) in the early 1980's and have, for the past 12 years, achieved an award from the Andron Epiphanon Fraternity (Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh).as the top Leasing Agent.
I have also been awarded the top leasing agent in listings and closed volume for Coldwell Banker Realty for nine years.

I have been a full time Realtor since 1977. My expertise is in listing and selling properties, as well as leasing single family homes/townhouses and have achieved the GRI Designation and received my SFR CERTIFICATION August 2022 . I belong to Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors. I have also participated in condominium conversions including Swallow Hill in Scott Township and The Gateway Towers in Pittsburgh.
