I have been a Realtor since 2012. My sales in the last 4 years have ranked in the top 10% of Southwestern PA realtors. I have bought, sold, owned and managed rentals for over 25 years. I've watched the market cycle through hot and cold and low and high interest rates. I have won over a dozen multi-bid offers and have successfuly negotiated outstanding value for my clients.

Selling/buying/investing in real estate is an overwhelming experience. I get it. I pride myself in being a personal conierge to help my clients successfully work through this process from beginning to end. I do not pass on clients to a team member or office associates to complete paperwork or schedule appointments. I am always available to spend time to explain every line of a contract and to walk clients through every step of the transation.

Knowlege is money in the bank:

I have renovated and flipped houses. I have worked extensively with contractors for my own properties. Several investors have grown to trust me, especially as the profit rolls in. It's important for a seller to know what it takes and how much it costs to prepare their house for the market. And, buyers should consider the cost of that kitchen renovation, bathroom addition, or electrical upgrade before putting in an offer on a house. Knowledge is money.
