Josie loves to list homes. Exploring sellers’ properties, learning about their design, and understanding the home's value are all critical aspects of the service she provides her sellers. She also makes sure her clients fully understand the selling process and are prepared for the next steps, and she begins to show their homes.

Staging a home for sale is one of Josie’s unique skills. She appreciates the opportunity to enhance a home and demonstrate its true worth to get top dollar for her sellers.
