I am long time York Co. resident currently living in Dallastown. I bring more than 17 years of business to consumer and business to business sales experience to the real estate industry. I’ve built a large base of investment buyers and sellers in York and Adams County. My clients are confident in my superior negotiating skills and continuously seek my knowledge and trust my judgement on high dollar investment transactions. I am precise in providing performance data on potential investment real estate, determining cash flow, CAP rates, after repair values and market rents for investors looking to “buy and hold” or “flip” properties.

I also work with buyers and sellers in the residential market and have great knowledge with helping to determine the value of a property within the different areas of York and Adams County.

Aside from living and breathing real estate, I’m the proud mother of 2 beautiful girls and love spending time outdoors, going to the beach or doing water like activities including snorkeling and boating. I also love to cook and host gatherings.
