David Krieger Named President Of Coldwell Banker Preferred In Greater Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – David Krieger has been promoted to the role of president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, effective January 1, 2015. In his new position, Krieger will oversee the daily operations of the company's nine real estate offices and nearly 650 affiliated sales associates and employees throughout Greater Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley, including northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. Krieger most recently served as Coldwell Banker Preferred’s senior vice president and general sales manager.

"David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role,” said Maureen Passerini, regional executive vice president for NRT’s Northeast and Eastern Seaboard regions. “He is a highly respected real estate professional who has built an exceptional reputation as a dynamic leader with foresight and determination. Under his direction, I am confident that Coldwell Banker Preferred is well positioned for continued growth and prosperity.”

Krieger affiliated with Coldwell Banker Preferred in 1997 as a real estate sales agent and quickly achieved numerous sales awards and the attention of senior management.  He then became director of new business development responsible for agent recruiting and building the company’s online presence. In 2003, Krieger was promoted to a sales office management role, helping Coldwell Banker Preferred expand its operations in the downtown Philadelphia marketplace. In his most recent position as senior vice president, Krieger served as the broker of record and general manager of the company.

Krieger is replacing Regina Coia, who has announced her retirement from the company after spending 28 years with Coldwell Banker Preferred. As president since 2010, Coia successfully led the company through the acquisition by NRT and the expansion into northern Delaware and southern New Jersey.

“With great passion for the business and success of the agents, Regina has had a tremendous influence on this organization,” said Passerini. “She is greatly appreciated for all that she has accomplished and for the legacy she helped to build.  We wish her well.”

Coldwell Banker Preferred has nine offices and a sales force of nearly 650 sales associates and staff serving the communities of the Greater Philadelphia area and the Delaware Valley, including northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. Coldwell Banker Preferred is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company. For more information visit www.CBpref.com.
