      With a career rooted in service, leadership, and integrity, Arthur brings a wealth of experience and a people-first mindset to the world of real estate. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Arthur spent over 25 years as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where he developed strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills that now serve his clients well.

     His professional journey also includes more than a decade in health care as a Director of Nursing and the last four years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, roles that refined his ability to listen, guide, and advocate for others with compassion and honesty. These same qualities now shape his approach to helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s most meaningful decisions—finding the perfect home.

     Arthur’s dedication to hard work, transparency, and genuine connection sets him apart. Whether he’s assisting first-time buyers, helping families upsize, or supporting clients ready for their next chapter, he approaches every transaction with the same care and commitment that have defined his career.

     When he’s not working with clients, Arthur enjoys bird watching, gardening, HGTV and spending quality time with family and friends—activities that reflect his appreciation for nature, balance, and meaningful relationships.
