Xander Silva

As a peer mediator and peer leader in middle school, I developed a passion for connecting and working with people at a very young age. 

In my adult life, traveling to different places throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and learning about and interacting with different cultures has made a profound impact on me and has further helped me develop a strong sense of community. 

Before entering Real Estate, I worked in retail as a manager where I enjoyed leading and motivating sales teams to accomplish goals. I later found more success and enjoyment in the Tree Care industry managing municipal, commercial and residential accounts throughout Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. 

This gave me exposure to a wide array of land and properties throughout New England as well as beneficial experience bringing joy and satisfaction to clients, especially homeowners. It also led to my interest in pursuing a career in Real Estate.
