Originally from Spain, Lis earned her MBA with a focus on business and marketing before spending nearly two decades in the beauty industry, including seven years as the owner and operator of her own successful business in Madrid. Building a business from the ground up taught her what it takes to earn trust, understand what people truly want, and deliver an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
