Rob Cunningham

With over 30 years in real estate, I’m a dedicated Newport-based realtor, having recently moved full-time to Rhode Island with my wife of over 30 years from Northern California to be closer to our two daughters, both students at Brown University. My real estate career spans decades of investments and transactions. I’ve spent the last seven years as a licensed agent, specializing in Northern California and investing in the College Hill area near Brown, where I also own property.

Beyond work, I’m an active supporter of Brown University Athletics. Both my daughters play Division 1 rugby for Brown—my oldest, a former captain of Brown’s back-to-back national champion 7s team, now serves as an assistant coach, while my youngest represents both Brown and the USA U20 team. I’m also involved in community initiatives like Bruno Gives Back Day, supporting Brown University and Rhode Island.

Our latest family addition is Bondi, a mini Australian Shepherd poodle mix, named after Australia’s famous Bondi Beach. Outside of real estate, my wife, a senior HR manager and I, enjoy our life in Rhode Island, where we’ve gotten to know many people and made numerous friends over the last few years.
