Thomas Reagan

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Mystic, CT, my dad would bring me along to our family’s model homes during open houses—and I was hooked from the start. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for homes, architecture, and design.

I studied finance at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and later worked in financial services in Boston, where I also met my partner, Harrison. Over the years, I combined my financial background with hands-on experience in my family’s construction and development business, creating a unique perspective on what makes a home valuable, functional, and beautiful. Along the way, I also developed a strong interest in real estate investment, understanding how property can serve not only as a home but also as a vehicle for building long-term wealth.

Today, I live in Wayland Square on the East Side of Providence, where I enjoy the city’s architecture, vibrant art and food scene, and walkable neighborhoods. You’ll often find me at the RISD Museum, trying new restaurants and cafés, or walking along Blackstone Boulevard and the downtown canal. Outside of work, I love cooking, painting, traveling, antiquing, and spending time with our cat, Cleo. On weekends, I like to visit family in Mystic and on Cape Ann, places that keep me connected to the coastal landscapes and traditions I grew up with.

With deep knowledge of communities from southeastern Connecticut through Rhode Island, Boston, and the North Shore, I bring both regional expertise and a genuine passion for homes to my work at Coldwell Banker. My goal is to help clients find not just a property, but a home—or investment—that reflects their lifestyle and long-term vision.
