About me

Eric Feuerstein arrived in Columbia, SC 56 years ago with his family through Fort Jackson and has never left. Knowing and loving his hometown makes him an expert in the midlands market whether you're moving from across town or from across the country.

Graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Eric has used his education to develop a 20+ year, award winning sales career in mortgage and real estate. His extensive experience in the mortgage industry is especially useful in helping his clients navigate through today's home financing challenges. Working with Eric is comparable to asking a friend for advice. His warm manner, calming nature, and reassuring demeanor will help guide you through the home buying or selling process with ease and certainty.

Eric is married to Pamela and has two daughters, Sarah and Ellie. If you have a minute, or 20, just ask him about his passion for cooking, especially grilling and smoking. Eric is also a competitive tennis player and plays in several leagues. His passion for serving his community is embodied by volunteer coaching at Blythewood High School, serving on boards and as an American Red Cross volunteer and a blood drive coordinator.
