You need a full-time Realtor who gives exceptional service and I welcome the opportunity to earn your business. Over the last 20 years, I have been a "meet your needs" Realtor. My business is a direct result of personal referrals from former clients, friends and business associates.

The current market is different than anything we have every seen before and all my years of experience can help you navigate to a successful closing.

As an active military spouse for over 25 years, helping people was my life. As a Realtor, helping people is my business. My husband Jay is retired from the USAF and is a Realtor serving as a backup when things get busy.

As a listing agent, I have represented homeowners who desired a responsive Realtor who communicates and can be trusted to provide essential and timely services when selling their home. As a Coldwell Banker Realty top producer, I have had the opportunity to manage and close many transactions.

On a personal note, Jay and I moved to Chapin, SC, with our two daughters 20 years ago and made Lake Murray our home. Our family adventures continued as we hosted foreign exchange students hailing from Brazil, Ecuador, Syria, Colombia and Germany.

Places we have lived and loved include: Rome, NY; Plattsburgh, NY; Newport, RI; Omaha, NE; Columbus, MS; Montgomery, AL; Warner Robins, GA; Mildenhall, UK; San Antonio, TX; and Washington, DC. Before marrying Jay Seward, Barbara had also lived in Cape May, NJ; Vandalia, MO; Pittsburgh, PA; Altoona, PA; Kittanning, PA; Clearfield, PA; Indiana, PA; and Norfolk, VA.

I am a proud member of Chapin Rotary, serving as secretary since 2016 and served as president in 2012.

All of the wonderful places I have loved living are the building blocks for my understanding of real estate and the dynamics of moving a family and household around the world or across town.
