Charles Sibley

Charles and Dianne are Full-Time Agents and members of:

The Sibleys are located in the Irmo Office in order to provide easy access for clients in the Greater Columbia area, including Chapin, Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia, West Columbia and downtown Columbia, as well as Newberry County.

A graduate of Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Dianne has over 30 years of experience in working with individuals with disabilities. Charles has a Forestry Degree from Clemson University and carries the designation of Broker, GRI and ABR.

Having lived in both the United States and Canada, the Sibleys are familiar with the problems, concerns, and excitement associated with moving. They are able to offer both Buyers and Sellers a total package of skills and knowledge that will make the real estate process a positive experience.

Charles and Dianne are interested in helping their clients "think green" and have completed training in Green Living to help their clients identify eco-friendly and energy efficient alternatives.

They are both trained CARTUS Marketing and Relocation Specialists.
