Tyjuan Montgomery

Born and raised in Manning, South Carolina, I am a proud graduate of Manning High School, Class of 1997. I earned my degree in Accounting with honors from Voorhees College, where I also became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

After college, I served in the United States Peace Corps as a Small Business Specialist in Cape Verde, West Africa, where I worked alongside local entrepreneurs to integrate technology into their business operations and drive growth.

Today, I bring that same spirit of service, dedication, and strategic thinking to my career in real estate. As a full-time Realtor with over five years of experience, I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, short sales, foreclosures, mobile homes, lakefront properties, and investment properties—including flips, long-term rentals, and short-term rentals. My goal is to help clients navigate every step of the buying or selling process with confidence, clarity, and care.

I have been happily married to my college sweetheart for over 20 years. Together, we are proud parents of two amazing children: Benjamin, a student at UNC Charlotte, and Mariah, a senior at Dutch Fork High School.
