Check out is no later than 10AM on Saturday and check in time is at 4PM on Saturday. The departing guest is responsible for taking trash out, washing all used kitchen items and returning to there place, taking any used food with you, stripping the beds and place all used linen in the kitchen floor. Springs Towers is located a couple minutes away from Boulineau's which is a large store offering most anything you would like. The post office, gas station, ice shop, pizza, breakfast are all near by. ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATE BUYER RESONSUBLE FOR MEASURING. THE PARKING IS STRICKLY CONTROLLED AT SPRINGS TOWERS SO NEVER PARK WITHOUT A PARKING PASS. TOWING ENFORCED. The weeks for 2025 were: 2/15,5/17,8/16,11/15.
