Ryan Crossley

I am a dedicated real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Austin, Texas. I help clients navigate residential, luxury, investment and development real estate. Building long term relationships and wealth for my clients. Drawing on an accomplished career in automotive leadership, I bring strategic insight, sharp negotiation skills, and a client-first approach to every real estate transaction.

Before entering real estate, I served as Vice President and Managing Partner of a franchised Ford dealership. I also held leadership roles in performance development with AutoAlert software, building extensive experience serving both retail and commercial clients. These roles strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, solve complex challenges, manage high-value transactions, and build relationships grounded in trust.

I am known for integrity, responsiveness, and follow-through, I am committed to making every client feel heard, informed, and confident throughout the buying, selling, or investment process. I take the time to understand each client’s priorities and deliver personalized guidance from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, I have embraced Austin’s vibrant culture, music scene, outdoor lifestyle, and exceptional communities. I have a strong interest in Austin’s diverse neighborhoods, surrounding markets, and the Hill Country’s sought-after second-home destinations. Whether clients are purchasing a primary residence, a vacation property, or an investment, I provide thoughtful market knowledge and dedicated service.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy art, traveling, fishing, boating, and mountain biking. I am also a proud father of two—my son, a entrepreneur studying at Kansas State University, and my daughter, a talented dancer active in both her high school dance team and private studio.
