Tinnieh considers herself a "sun and sand" kind of girl because she grew up around water all her life. She is originally from the coastal city of Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated high school; home of the Mustangs, at Richard King High School. Afterwards, Tinnieh moved to the Alamo City of San Antonio where in 2005 she started her career in Multifamily Property Management. Over the next 15 years, Tinnieh gained exponential knowledge and experience in tax credit, bond, conventional, etc. multifamily properties. Her 15+ years’ experience in property management progressed from Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager to Property Manager where she was responsible for as many as 500+ units on one property.

Tinnieh's career brought her to Austin in 2015 and in 2017, her 10-year vision of becoming a licensed Realtor finally came true when she passed all required exams. Four months after becoming licensed, she sold her first home and that is when Tinnieh knew she was in the right lane for the future of her career. In 2019, she resigned her position as Property Manager and pursed her entrepreneurial spirit of full-time real estate. Since then, Tinnieh has sold over 10 million dollars’ worth of real estate from single family homes, duplexes, multifamily, new construction, land, etc. She has held increasing levels of leadership, been accountable for full property operations, marketing, obligated to individual fiduciary responsibilities, accountable to uphold integrity and honorable ethics.

Every transaction is different and every client has different needs, but Tinnieh understands how to be transparent, considerate, compassionate, while also offering her expertise so that the client is educated in the market conditions. It is because of her passion for real estate that she strives to offer actual market statistics, comparable analysis, factual presentations, and much more to each individual client to ultimately arrive at the same goal…close the deal! Tinnieh is bilingual and speaks, writes, and reads Spanish. Her specialty is in Residential/Multifamily buying, sales, investing, and all leasing needs in the South Central Texas area.
