As a 30 year resident living in and around the Metro-plex with extensive experience in residential construction, and the service and sales industry, my goal is to provide a professional, honest approach with every client. 

I have experience and knowledge to confidently negotiate on behalf of my clients. The process of buying or selling a home should not be taken lightly. My task is to ensure my clients are well informed and comfortable during the transaction process.

Best realtor ever ! We were upsizing, and looked at several homes. Lost a couple we bid on due to our home sale contingent. I used Thomas for the first time in December 2012. He scheduled house showings very quickly and made them in an order that made sense so we could knock out multiple in one day. This efficiency allowed me to find the right home faster. He has showed us over 15-20 houses with out one complaint. He gave me honest feedback about neighborhoods and where I should and shouldn't buy. He pulled a comparative market analysis if I liked a property and let me know how fair the pricing of the house was as well as possible rental rates. We had a such an amazing experience, we used him for all of our purchases since. He is a great guy and a great realtor!!

Being somewhat new to the area, Thomas helped us out immensely and was honest and forthcoming in his assessments and opinions of the houses that we were looking at. He was absolutely personable and fully available to us at all hours. We felt bad emailing him at 10PM which was when our schedules allowed for it, but we were surprised and grateful that he was responsive and professional at any hour. The house we were interested in had multiple offers and while we were satisfied with his recommendations on our offer, the seller's agent also commented on how clean it was and ultimately I think we have Thomas to thank for the fact that we got our dream home. We've been through this process once before and didn't have great expectations at first, but Thomas showed us that the home buying process can be fun and less stressful and we are forever in his debt for his assistance and knowledge during this process. His follow through is amazing and we know that he really cared about us and wanted to see us get exactly what we were looking for. He even recommended a few great restaurants when we asked about places where we could celebrate our purchase. Hands down, Thomas is amazing and I would highly highly recommend him to any home buyers out there who are looking for an honest and fun experience. Thomas is very knowledgeable! This was our first time buying a house. We were very picky with what we wanted and he was very patient. He showed us homes all over the metroplex with sometimes only hours notice! Never complained once, always had a great attitude, and is great with communication. I went on Zip realty 3 years ago and it connected me with Thomas, every time I searched for homes his name and face popped up. I also would get little messages from Thomas asking my plans for my home purchase. I know they were personal because when I responded he would respond right back. When we were ready the first person I contacted was Thomas. It's like he dropped every thing for us. He had every referral we needed. He also had all the answers. I would completely refer Thomas lol even if they are crazy like me. Lol remember alligators in north Texas comment Thomas?????
