Katharina Peters

Austrian-born and Houston-based since 2007, Katharina “Kathi” Peters combines an international perspective with deep local roots. Before entering real estate, Kathi built a career in television, film, and commercial production across Germany and Spain—coordinating people, schedules, budgets, and moving parts with precision and creativity. Those skills now define a highly organized, client-focused real estate approach. As a parent of four and an active leader in the school communities, Kathi is closely connected to the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that matter most to Houston families. Extensive involvement in PTAs, social events, athletic programs, and fundraising efforts offers firsthand insight into what makes each community thrive.

The career switch to real estate was a natural progression after staying home with the 4 children. She chose real estate to meet new people, help them fall in love with Houston and their neighborhoods, and embrace the daily challenge of every unique client and property

Clients value Kathi’s clear communication, attention to detail, and steady guidance—whether relocating from abroad or making a local move within Houston’s inner-loop neighborhoods. When not working, time is spent painting, creating pottery, photographing everyday moments, and walking the neighborhood with two dogs.
