As a Life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Leslie participates in Toy For Tots, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and other charities, which allow her to give back to the community. In addition, Leslie is a proud native Texan, having spent most of her life in Houston. However, her adventurous spirit has led her to call Galveston, TX, and Fairbanks, Alaska, home at different times. Leslie and her husband have one son and three grandchildren and live in West Houston with their three dogs. Leslie is also fluent in Spanish.
