Maegan was born and raised in Pearland, graduating from Pearland High School in 2003. Living in the Pearland/Friendswood/ League City areas her entire life gives Maegan an in-depth knowledge of the local market and trends. She and her family settled in Friendswood in 2017 for the fantastic schools and friendly community. She enjoys volunteering with school PTOs as well as coaching volleyball for her daughters.
Maegan has her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and has spent nearly two decades in design and construction of outdoor living spaces. Her comprehensive experience in envisioning the potential of a home in the local communities will be an asset to any client.
