Steve Ciapi is an energetic top producing Texas Realtor who aggressively works as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker for the benefit of his clients buying and selling homes in neighborhoods throughout Houston.

Originally from the state of New York, Ciapi moved to Texas with his parents and brother at age 18. Ciapi went on to become licensed to sell Texas real estate in 2000. Since the beginning of his real estate practice, Ciapi has worked in association with the Coldwell Banker office in the Houston Heights. He has listed and sold many homes in Oak Forest, Garden Oaks, Houston Heights, Shady Acres, Montrose, Timbergrove Manor and other close-in Bayou City neighborhoods.

His success in residential sales has led to numerous honors within the company for top sales production, and many of his clients have repeated business for their additional real estate needs and referred others. Ciapi's clientele includes first-time home buyers, investors and people moving up or downsizing their residential needs. Currently, Ciapi is representing two new home builders in Houston Heights and Shady Acres. He’s also a member of two relocation teams in his office and assists people moving into Houston from cities around the world - offering excellent knowledge of the city and its real estate market.
