Daphnie Pilgrim

Daphnie Pilgrim graduated from New York University with a degree in Healthcare Management. She earned a

Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management at Touro University. Daphnie had a very successful career in healthcare

highlighted most notably as a hospital administrator from one of the largest health systems in New York State.

As a hospital administrator, Daphnie led and managed several departments and staff.She is a disciplined and

responsible individual with an impeccable work ethic. She exhibits integrity and maturity in handling tasks and takes

pride in her attention to detail. She has a keen affinity for applying strategic solutions to complex problems. Daphnie

is a talented communicator and prides herself in developing strong ties with her colleagues and clients. Daphnie has

a passion for residential real estate and serves the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex representing both buyers and sellers.

husband, Scott, have three children and reside in Southlake, Texas. Daphnie has been invested in her local

community serving in various capacities on the PTO of the Southlake Carroll ISD. Daphnie and her family enjoy

serving her church community. She also serves various local charity organizations.
