With a BA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University and a Texas Real Estate License earned in 1983, I bring over four decades of experience and insight to the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate market. My family and I have proudly called Grapevine home since 1987, where my husband and I raised our son and daughter in this charming North Texas community.

In addition to my real estate background, I spent over 27 years as a licensed mortgage loan officer, co-owning a branch with Allied Home Mortgage. During that time, I helped countless clients secure financing for both personal residences and investment properties, always striving to match them with the best products available.

Even today, I stay closely connected to the financial side of real estate—monitoring interest rates, lender programs, and local job growth. This allows me to provide relocation buyers and sellers with up-to-date market insights and guidance.
