Hannelise H. Blease, a native of Fauske, Norway, moved to the U.S. in 1998. With a background in International Management, she gained extensive experience in leadership, negotiation, and communication across multicultural environments. Her strong foundation in marketing and sales set the stage for a thriving career in real estate.

Hannelise launched her career in residential real estate in Scottsdale, Arizona, before moving to The Woodlands, TX, in 2016.
