Hello! I'm Julie Angilella, a REALTOR® proudly serving Spring, The Woodlands, and the surrounding Houston area.

Originally from Canada, I now call Spring, Texas home. My husband and I moved here over a decade ago after spending 15 years living throughout Asia, including South Korea, Qatar, and Vietnam. We have a wonderful daughter and a very energetic dog named Scooter who keep life fun and busy.

Before beginning my real estate career, I was a high school ESL teacher. Teaching took me overseas, where I met my husband, a New Yorker and Marine Surveyor who specializes in ship construction and classification. Living abroad gave me the opportunity to experience different cultures, learn new perspectives, explore diverse cuisines, and build lifelong friendships around the world. Those experiences continue to shape who I am today.

My passion for real estate grew from a lifetime of moving and adapting to new places. Having relocated internationally and domestically, I understand firsthand the excitement, challenges, and emotions that come with buying, selling, and settling into a new home. I know that a house is more than just a property—it's where memories are made and where life happens.

My background in education allows me to guide clients through every step of the real estate process with patience, clear communication, and a commitment to helping them make informed decisions. Outside of real estate, I love spending time outdoors camping, canoeing, and horseback riding. I am also passionate about mentoring young people through Girl Scouts and helping girls develop confidence, leadership skills, and a love of the outdoors.

Martial arts have been a significant part of my life for more than 25 years. I hold a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and a green belt in Krav Maga, and I currently study Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The discipline, perseverance, and dedication required in martial arts are values I bring to both my personal life and my business.
