My Background & Expertise

·With a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University, Los Angeles, I bring over 33 years of sales and marketing experience to the table—including 19 years as a licensed, active Realtor. This background gives my clients a distinct advantage when it comes to strategically positioning and marketing their homes.

·As a resident of the Woodlands, Spring, and Tomball areas for over 29 years, I have an intimate, firsthand knowledge of our local neighborhoods, schools, and market dynamics. I am also an active member of the National, Texas, and Houston Associations of Realtors.

Beyond Real Estate

·When I’m not helping clients, my heart belongs to my family and my home. I have been happily married for 44 years, and we are blessed with a Son and a Daughter. The best part to mention is our 6 beautiful grandchildren who keep us smiling!

·Our household is completed by our beloved dogs—a mini Australian Shepherd and a Shar Pei/Hound mix—who are absolutely central to our family. I love spending time outdoors, designing comfortable backyard living areas, and cooking or BBQing for friends and family.
