Zach Zimmerman

Zach Zimmerman is a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, Willis, Spring, Tomball, and the surrounding North Houston area.

For Zach, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about understanding what matters to his clients, helping them make informed decisions, and providing steady guidance through what is often one of the biggest financial and personal decisions they’ll make.

Before beginning his career in real estate, Zach spent eight years in financial technology, working in client service and account management. That experience shaped the way he approaches his business today by listening carefully, communicating clearly, solving problems, and always keeping his clients’ goals at the center of the process. Since transitioning into real estate, Zach has quickly established himself as a top-producing agent and was recognized as a 2025 Houston Agent Magazine award winner. Today, he combines his professional experience with the marketing, technology, resources, and network of Coldwell Banker Realty to bring a thoughtful and strategic approach to every transaction.

Zach is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and lives in the Conroe area with his wife and their four children. As a husband and dad, he understands firsthand how much a home can affect the way a family lives day to day. Outside of real estate, he enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with his family, watching football with his kids, and being actively involved in his church and community.

During football season, Saturdays usually mean watching the Texas Longhorns with the kids and making sure the next generation knows how to say “Hook ’em!”
