Janessa Burdick has a passion for helping people enjoy life. She is drawn to the residential real estate industry because she enjoys finding the right homes for her clients, which they will love coming home to each day.

As an independent sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Janessa enjoys the company’s team environment, onsite loan officer, nearby title company, marketing and office administration providing information about each step that helps to produce smoother transactions. The company’s top-of-the-line marketing services distribute listings on 100+ websites and provide attractive printed materials for showings and open houses.

Purchasing her first home at age 21, Janessa has experience prepping a home to sell. She has a knack for seeing the potential in houses and understands what actions to take in order to get the most value for your unique investment, such as staging, decluttering, and handyman repairs. She can also help you work with contractors if a larger project is in order.

Janessa is able to perform well in high-stress situations, is organized, has strong customer service skills, and is a resourceful problem solver. She is a hardworking, a great listener and dependable. She serves South Salt Lake, Murray, Taylorsville, Millcreek, Holladay, Sugar House and the Brickyard area.

Before real estate, Janessa worked for nonprofit organizations, including Color Me Rad, Dirty Dash, and Ragnar Relay Races that help people find a passion for running. As the director of operations, she gained experience in contract negotiations, a skill that she applies to her real estate business for representing the best interests of her clients.

In her free time, Janessa enjoys being outside, running, biking, spending time with family, woodworking and cooking.
