Exposed to construction and real estate investing as a teenager by his contractor father, Julian purchased his first rental house over 30 years ago. He has been in the market as an owner/investor continuously since then. An 18-year opportunity in developing and managing a large commercial office project at the Salt Lake International Center honed his skills in navigating city ordinances, as well as zoning and construction issues. A particular interest of Julian is short and long-term rentals.
