My Love for Real Estate:

Learning, service and connecting with people brought me to the real estate industry.  I have served home sellers and home buyers across the state of Utah from Oakley to Tooele and Utah county to Logan. Guiding my clients through a successful and smooth transition while keeping the details and all of the moving parts organized is of utmost importance to me.

My Specialties:

1.  Solutions not selling! If I don't know how to solve something that comes up during a home transaction, I dig and search for a solution so that everyone involved feels confident to more forward.  Real estate is not about selling to me, it is all about service and finding solutions.

2.  Creative out of the box marketing to get your home sold for top dollar. 

2. First time buying a home? As your coach, I will make sure that when we find the right home and you will feel confident and excited to take the plunge.

3. Relocating? If you're moving in or moving out, your peace of mind as you transition is my priority.  Communication is important to me with all of my clients.  Because the nature of real estate is ever changing, success is in the details.

4. Buying or selling investment properties or 2nd homes can be challenging.  Maximizing your return on the investment is key.

My Love for Community:

Community service tends to heal those serving as much as it helps those receiving service. I have worked with Meals On Wheels to support those in need. I appreciate this organization so much because we get to take care of those that cannot take care of themselves by delivering warm meals.  Thanksgiving Hero's delivers boxes full of the traditional holiday food to those that otherwise would not have a special dinner. Give thanks by giving is a tradition I look forward to continuing.
