Why Real Estate??

It was September, 2011 and I decide it is time for a new challenge! After weighing the options, I enrolled in courses to acquire my Real Estate license. It seemed like everyone I told, of my new adventure, asked the same question: "Why Real Estate? The market is bad, people are leaving the industry left and right, you have a medical background, etc. . ." They thought I was crazy. Now in my 11th year, my business has been built by referrals from past clients and friends. My partner, Doug Russell and I, also help recruit and find homes for incoming physicians with Intermountain Health Care and Ogden Clinic. My clients are appreciative of the time, effort, and advice I put into helping them make that so important decision to buy or sell a home, an informed decision.  I serve Northern Utah and refer clients to other agents who know their own markets better than I do.
