The adolescent years of Wendy’s life were filled with many fond memories, she grew up in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. There is one particular recollection which is etched in her mind’s eye. Occasionally on a Sunday Afternoon—and her family would go window shopping. There was also one store front or office building front that seemed to jump out. Carefully she glimpsed, and saw a professionally encased House Listing, noticing this sparked a tiny seedling of desire. A Desire which would come to fruition in the future. Her, Wendy’s Passion for a Real Estate Career has been living in her heart and soul ever since she can remember. The wonder she felt during cherished moments of viewing a Real Estate Brokerage have aligned her
vision—that seed of hope is now a Thriving, Successful Realty Enterprise. Through this professional Enterprise, the dreams of many prospective home buyers have come to fruition.

Within her quest for excellence Wendy has chosen to align her career with us here at Coldwell Banker. Whilst Wendy isn’t conjuring up innovative and exciting things for friends and family or assisting home sellers and buyers. She can be found reading a book, spending time baking, cooking, singing, painting and creating fairy gardens.
