Julie is a California native and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She first became active in the real estate market in 1996 as a personal investment strategy.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Julie spent 15 years in business consulting with a big 5 firm, partnering with Fortune 100 companies to help them identify opportunities and drive solutions into their operations. During this time she developed extensive skills that would later set her apart from your conventional realtor.

Julie has since turned her real estate passion into her profession, bringing the highest level of customer service skills and business knowledge honed from the consulting industry into her real estate business. She has experience in how to understand your needs and identify opportunities, utilizes her finance and business background to analyze and negotiate, and a solid understanding of developing and implementing a plan for all aspects of the real estate life cycle from building and renovating, to sales and marketing and everything in between. Julie has the experience to ensure her clients are successful in their real estate adventures.

She has assisted many clients with buying / selling primary residences, luxury properties, investment properties, first time buyers, commercial, multi-family, and vacation homes. Julie also maintains an active real estate license in Sarasota, FL, where she has been a top producer, in order to serve her clients that are looking for property there. Additionally, Julie has continued with her personal real estate investment, further increasing her knowledge of new construction, remodel, design, flipping and rental property. She brings all this expertise to her real estate clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.

Julie currently resides in Siesta Key, FL and Park City, UT and enjoys boating, skiing, entertaining, hiking and just being with her family. She has previously lived in Chicago, Orange County, Houston, Ft Lauderdale, Los Angeles and the California Bay Area.
