Education and Training

Katrina graduated from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

She continues to grow and develop by attending various training seminars and continuing education opportunities through the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Utah Division of Real Estate, Coldwell Banker University and many others.

She has taken classes at the University of Utah where she has started to study Spanish.

Katrina attended Pro Source Real Estate School in Minnesota and Stringham Real Estate School in Utah in order to obtain her Real Estate License.

Ms. Authement is a graduate from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert.

Personal Background

Katrina was born and raised in South Louisiana. She is very proud of her "Cajun" roots. One of her goals is to learn to speak French fluently. She considers herself to be a native of Utah and Park City. Katrina moved to Utah in 1992 and is raising her children here.

She is the proud Mother of three very active children. Her family enjoys many outdoor activities. Some of the activities they enjoy are hiking, golf, biking, skiing and snowshoeing. Traveling is also something that Katrina and her family love to enjoy together.

Communities I Serve

Katrina is actively working in Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch Counties. She enjoys being an expert in these communities. Serving these communities allows Katrina to be an expert in a diverse variety of properties from vacant land to condominiums to recreational properties, single family homes and also unique homes. Ms. Authement also specializes in helping her clients increase their wealth by investing in real estate.
