Laurie Shea grew up working with her father in residential construction, and before joining Coldwell Banker, she spent many years in the banking, finance and mortgage lending industries. She has also bought and sold a number of her own personal and investment properties. She loves beautiful homes, and she loves helping people find “their” beautiful home.

Laurie loves architecture and design, and she loves seeing the raw materials come together to create something fantastic. Despite roadblocks that can occur during a real estate transaction, Laurie has a knack for thinking “outside of the box” to discover solutions that then create a path for it to come together. Customer-service oriented, Laurie is committed to making transactions work for her clients. Laurie chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of its full-service, latest-technology business and marketing services, as well as its people, who share Laurie’s customer-focused goals.

Born in Salt Lake City, Laurie is very familiar with the area, and she serves Park City, Deer Valley, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, Sandy, Olympus Cove and Millcreek. She specializes in residential properties including single family and townhouse/condos, as well as luxury homes and relocation services. Although they have had the opportunity to live in some amazing places through the years, Laurie, her wonderful husband and two amazing daughters are thrilled to call Park City home.
