Leslie Hancock

 Beginning her career in 1990, Leslie has gained a reputation as a trusted advisor, skilled negotiator, and dedicated advocate for her clients. Her success is rooted in a personal commitment to understanding her clients' goals and  exceeding expectations. Her calm, soft-spoken style is matched only by her negotiation prowess. As of today, Leslie has successfully sold more than 1,100 homes.

As the founder of Team Hancock, Leslie established one of the most respected real estate teams in the Seattle-Eastside market. Her clients have continued to trust her for generations, which has allowed her to build a strong basis in the Greater Salt Lake City area. 

Leslie and her husband made the move to the breathtaking mountain community of Midway, Utah, where she has been helping buyers and sellers throughout the Wasatch Front and Back  since 2023. While every market is unique, Leslie's decades of experience have translated seamlessly to Utah, where she continues to provide the same level of personalized service that defined her career in Washington.

Today, Leslie enjoys serving clients alongside her younger son, Billy, expanding the family tradition of exceptional real estate service. She also remains connected to her Seattle legacy through Team Hancock, now led by her son, Denny.

When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Leslie can often be found enjoying Utah's incredible outdoor lifestyle, especially skiing in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. She treasures time with her husband, Denny, of nearly 50 years, their five grown children, and their 20 grandchildren, who continue to be the greatest joy in her life.
