Micheal Anthony brings nearly three decades of real estate leadership to his role as Director of Operations at the Dawn McKenna Group (DMG). Recognized for his composure in high stakes environments, high EQ, and rigorous organization, Micheal is a trusted collaborator who translates DMG’s high standards and work ethics into systems, workflows, and coaching that help real estate agents consistently perform at the top of their game.

He leads operational improvements that streamline processes, deploy innovative tools and technology, best in class marketing strategies, and reinforce a supportive team culture grounded in mentoring, accountability, and continuous improvement.

A lifelong technologist, Micheal’s early career as an IT consultant - spanning programming, systems design, and business administration - now shapes his approach to operations: thoughtful, data driven, and relentlessly client focused. Prior to DMG, he served in senior operations roles at Coldwell Banker Realty and with leading Chicago real estate teams, where he helped build teams, develop systems, and establish processes that later became industry standard.

Today, Micheal supports DMG’s growth by ensuring the operating system behind the business is built to scale. As the group expands into new regions, he coordinates cross-functional readiness across technology, workflows, and execution - so agents can plug in quickly and clients experience DMG’s standard of excellence from day one. He also helps maintain brand consistency across key client-facing touchpoints, making it easier for agents to present a unified, premium presence in every market.

Originally from Alaska and after 27 years in Chicago, Micheal calls the Wasatch Back home; minutes from Park City, Deer Valley, Promontory, Tuhaye, Victory Ranch, and Deer Valley East Village, North America’s newest world-class alpine village since 1981. Outside the office, he’s a self-described foodie who enjoys discovering new restaurants, photographing daily life, and traveling.
