Pam Pettingill

Pam Pettingill is the founder of The Majesty Real Estate Group at R and R Realty, LLC. A 30-year industry veteran, she has guided countless buyers and sellers while building lasting relationships based on trust, care, and results.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Pam discovered her love for real estate working in her parents’ brokerage. She earned her license at 19, purchased her first home at 20, and has been passionate about helping others achieve homeownership ever since. After living in Orem for 25 years, she and her husband, Reed, moved to Sanpete County in 2013, where they enjoy life in their cozy Mt. Pleasant cottage. Together they cherish time with their children and 32 grandchildren.

Pam is known for her strong work ethic, strategic guidance, and personalized service. Her advanced listening and communication skills help clients feel at ease, while her 14 professional designations and certifications keep her competitive in today’s market. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social science from Brigham Young University and has served in multiple leadership roles within the Utah Central Association of REALTORS® and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

When Pam isn’t serving her clients, she loves learning, traveling, and creating beauty in her home. She hopes one day to master gardening, brewing kombucha, and baking all kinds of sourdough deliciousness—but most of all, she values family, faith, and making life sparkle for those around her.
