I am Martin King originally from Los Angeles California growing up both surfing and dancing. Even had the privilege to dance on American Bandstand and surf all the great spots. I moved to Utah decades ago because property was simply too expensive in southern Cal. I was a locksmith and alarm installation technician and continued in these professions when I relocated to Utah.

I bought a small condo in Utah and have been hooked on property ever since! This undoubtedly was one of the best financial decisions of my life. Since that moment I had bought and sold several properties and have almost always done quite well. Yes, almost always! And Yes, there is a possibility of not doing well but only if you do not buy right. This is where competent professional assistance is paramount to navigate the labyrinth that lies ahead. For this reason and my love for real estate I have joined in this amazing career.
